Behind the Craft: The Final Trimming and Fur Grooming Stage
True realism is born in the final stages. Watch our craftsman carefully use micro-scissors to trim and shape the wool coat of a plush pet replica. This requires an expert eye and a very steady hand. By cutting the fur millimeter by millimeter around the eyes, snout, and ears, the artisan sharpens the facial contours and reveals the pet's true, unmistakable expression.

How It Works
From your photos to a handmade keepsake — here is exactly what happens after you order.
Step 1 — Place Your Order
Choose your keepsake (portrait, full-body sculpture, plush replica, keychain or golf headcover) and complete checkout. Within 24 hours you can still cancel for a full refund.
Step 2 — Send Us Your Pet's Photos
Message us on WhatsApp at +86 180 3291 8577 with clear, well-lit photos of your pet. Multi-angle photos (front, side, close-up of the face) help our artists capture the best likeness.
Step 3 — We Handcraft Your Piece
Our artists needle-felt your piece by hand from premium wool. Standard production takes 3–5 weeks, because every coat pattern and expression is built up needle by needle.
Step 4 — Approve, Then We Ship
Before shipping, we send you photos and videos of the finished piece for approval and make reasonable refinements. Once approved, your keepsake is carefully packed and shipped worldwide with tracking.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you recreate a pet that has passed away?
Yes. Many of our commissions are memorial pieces for pets who have passed. As long as you have a few clear photos, our artists can recreate their likeness in wool — a keepsake you can see and touch every day.
What photos do I need to provide?
Clear, well-lit photos work best: one front view, one side view, and a close-up of the face. Natural daylight photos show true fur colors. Send them via WhatsApp (+86 180 3291 8577) after ordering.
How long does the whole process take?
Production takes 3–5 weeks (each piece is entirely handmade), plus 7–15 business days of shipping depending on your region. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Is it made of real fur?
No — every piece is made from 100% premium wool, needle-felted by hand, with hand-painted glass eyes. Wool is durable, holds fine detail, and lasts for years with simple care.
Can I see my piece before it ships?
Always. We send photos and videos of the finished piece for your approval before shipping, and we refine reasonable details at that stage.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us within a few days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will repair, replace or refund depending on the situation — see our Refund Policy.
