Thank you for choosing WooloraPets. Because our replicas are 100% needle-felted by hand, please carefully review our shipping and production timelines.

1. PRODUCTION TIME (HANDMADE PERIOD)

Each custom pet replica is crafted with extreme attention to detail.

Standard Production: Currently takes 3-5 weeks from the date we receive and confirm your pet's photos.

Rush Orders: If available, rush processing will be noted at checkout.

2. SHIPPING DURATION

Once your approved order is carefully packed, estimated shipping times are as follows:

United States / Canada: 7-12 business days
United Kingdom / Europe: 8-14 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 10-15 business days
Rest of the World: 12-20 business days

Note: These are estimates. Seasonal peaks or customs inspections may occasionally cause delays.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on most custom pet replicas. If shipping charges apply to your region or specific item, they will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

WooloraPets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and import taxes.
